Any breed that is mixed with one of these breeds is also restricted.

Ten31 welcomes both dogs and cats with a pet-friendly policy that accommodates up to two pets per household. Your four-legged companions will soon enjoy our bark park where they can run and play (coming soon as a future amenity).
We have a 50 lb weight limit per pet. Pet rent is $35 per pet per month, plus a $150 refundable pet deposit and $150 one-time pet fee per household.
